The DT610 features a 2-megapixel, 1/2.7-inch colour CMOS camera with a wide-angle fisheye lens.

Its approximately 155° viewing angle helps residents identify visitors standing directly in front of the door station or slightly to either side.

When connected to a compatible V-TEC DT Series indoor video monitor, the camera image can be displayed during visitor calls and supported monitoring functions.

Pan, tilt and zoom viewing functions may be available when used with a compatible indoor monitor that supports fisheye image control.

Two-Way Audio Communication

The DT610 includes an integrated microphone and speaker, allowing residents to communicate with visitors through a compatible indoor intercom monitor.

When a visitor presses the call button, the connected indoor monitor rings and displays the visitor's image.

The resident can answer, communicate with the visitor and activate a compatible electric door lock without physically opening the entrance.

Electric Door Lock Control

The DT610 supports control of a compatible electric door lock using its built-in locking interface.

Depending on the lock type and wiring arrangement, the door station can provide a limited internal power output or operate an externally powered lock through its relay connection.

If you wish to operate a second independent electric door lock or gate from the same intercom system, an additional V-TEC DT-RLC relay module is required.

The DT610 provides a built-in interface for the primary electric lock. The optional DT-RLC relay actuator allows another compatible locking circuit to be controlled separately when properly wired and configured.

This is useful for properties with:

  • A pedestrian gate and a separate entrance door
  • A pedestrian entrance and vehicle gate
  • Two independently controlled electric locks
  • A secondary entrance requiring remote unlocking

The DT-RLC module is not included and must be purchased separately.

This can simplify installation compared with traditional multi-core intercom wiring and may allow suitable existing wiring to be reused.

Existing cables must be checked for their conductor size, condition, length and compatibility before installation.

Please Note: The DT610 is not an Ethernet PoE intercom and is not automatically compatible with V-TEC DH Series equipment.
